Bill Lockhart is recognized internationally for his photographic work. His most recent works feature photographs taken in Ecuador, the American Northwest, Orkney, the Farne Islands, Alaska, and South Africa.

A retired Court Administrator and US Army Lieutenant Colonel, Bill travels extensively in search of what he describes as: “the light that dances.”

    Ver informative blog. I really enjoyed your interview of Haim Ziv. I have seen and enjoyed many of his bird images on the net. It is now nice to learn more about him and his photography roots. Thanks for your efforts to post such interesting material.
